6 large eggs, separate

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

ยฝ teaspoon grated nutmed

1 cup bourbon whisky

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups whole milk

time to make it

step 1- gather all the ingredients and start by beating the egg yolks. then, slowly mix ยผ cup of sugar until it dissolves.

step 2- once the sugar dissolves, add the vanilla extract, nutmeg and salt. keep mixing it till it reaches a thick consistency. it will take a light-yellow colour once it reaches the right consistency.

step 3- pour the whisky slowly into the mix as you beat it and then add milk and heavy cream.

2 ounces dark rum

step 2- mix all the ingredients well and pour in the rum

tom and jerry batter

12 large eggs, separated

1 cup sugar

4 ounces softened unsalted butter

1 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon nutmeg

2 ounces dark rum

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

tom and jerry drink

1 to tablespoons tom and jerry batter

1 ounce brandy

4 to 6 ounces hot milk or water (whichever way you like)

grated nutmeg for garnishing

time to make the batter

step 1- gather the ingredients and start by separating the eggs in two bowls. once separated, add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip with a mixer till you have stiff peaks.

step 2- add the softened butter and sugar to the egg yolks and whip it till its mixed well.

step 3- now, gently fold the liquid egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture. after that, you can stir in all the spices with the vanilla extract and the rum.
