• step 3: click on 'submit request'.

• step 4: a reverse pick-up will be scheduled.

• step 5: once the style/s qualify for our quality check, you will receive a store credit voucher for the amount of the style/s returned, which can be used to purchase anything else from our inventory.
you can also choose to opt for a refund directly to the bank account from which the payment was credited.
if you have paid using cod, the amount will be refunded to your aastey wallet.
