simply select your size, colour, and length if needed and add them to the cart. enter your details in the payment gateway, and once done, voilà, your order has been placed! once in your cart, type in a coupon code if you have one and proceed to checkout.

we dispatch orders 1-2 days after they have been placed. the delivery time can vary from 2 to 13 days, depending on your pin code.

yes, absolutely! we provide immediate email updates with the tracking order id so that it is easy for you to track your order. you can also navigate to the top right corner of the homepage and click on your profile button to see your order history and the status of your order.

If there is a pre-order option, your package will be shipped as shown on the dispatch date mentioned when placing your order. you will get an immediate update on your order status if there are logistical issues or shipment delays.

you have 15 days from the date of delivery to decide whether you want to request a refund or exchange.

we have a super easy exchange policy for sizes and colours in the same category. we can also exchange with other product categories and adjust the amount as per the order. we also offer hassle-free refunds directly to your source of payment.

there is no need to worry, all you have to do is put in your bank account details while requesting a refund, and your refund will be processed to that account within 5-7 working days once the product reaches the warehouse.

it's super easy. all you have to do is click on the exchanges and returns section on the footer of the homepage. it will take you to the page where we will ask you for your order number and email id.





once you submit an exchange or refund request, we will schedule a pick-up.

in case of a refund, you will get the refund once the order reaches the warehouse with the tags intact. you will receive your refund within 5-7 working days to the payment source.

in case of an exchange, once the product reaches the warehouse with the tags intact, there will be two ways of processes:

• if the exchanged item is of a higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you.


• if the exchange item is of a lower value, we will refund the amount difference after you pick up the original item.

we will hate to see you doing this, but yes, you can. connect or write to our team, and someone will help you with the cancellation. but, you can only cancel your order until it hasn’t been shipped.

of course. we will process the refund within 5-7 working days.

unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. however, you can always opt to return your order and ask for a refund.

yeeess! we have both cod and prepaid options available on all orders. also, there are no added costs on cod. can it be any better? we don’t think so :)
